Vicious Food

200 grams of gherkin pickles
2 cups of fine bulgur
2 cups boiling water
1 tablespoon tomato and pepper paste
8 sprigs of spring onions
5 small pointed peppers
2 tomatoes
10 sprigs of parsley
Half a tea glass of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt, pepper
Put the bulgur in a container with a lid and add boiling water on it. Leave the lid closed for 10-15 minutes until the water is well and let it swell. After cooling, add the tomato paste, salt and pulp, and mix well. Chop the gherkin into small cubes. Finely chop the onion, green pepper, tomato and parsley and add to the marinade with the marinade. Sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. Mix and serve.
